At SCGS we are in constant communication with the members of our community through weekly, quarterly and annual publications. Our website is also updated regularly and it is an important source of information to parents, prospective parents and members of the school community.
Weekly – Lion's Roar School Newsletter
The SCGS Lion's Roar Newsletter is distributed to current students, parents and members of staff every Thurday of School Term. In addition to 'hard copy' paper versions of the newsletter, we provide electronic access to the newsletter in two ways:
- An abbreviated email formated version is emailed to all current subscribers who have supplied and validated an email address for this purpose.
- A full version of the newsletters in PDF format is also made accessible online here, along with archives of previous editions.
Quarterly – The Grammar Quarterly
The Grammar Quarterly is a glossy magazine incorporating news from the School and the School Community.
Annual Publications
- Student Diary - Every student receives a hard cover student diary at the beginning of the school year. The primary function of the Student Diary is to record homework set for each subject and it also serves as a means of communication between home and school.
- The Glenecho - This is the school’s yearbook.
- Educational and Financial Reporting Annual Report. This document (284K) can be downloaded in PDF form by clicking here.
