Winners of the 2017 Queensland Multimedia awards were yesterday announced with Sunshine Coast Grammar School Graphic Designer, Helen Chapman taking out Best Brochure.
The winning design was for her work on the 2016 Grammar Art Show Invitation which was designed as an interactive rotating wheel with a dye cut to reveal event specifics as the invitation was spun around.
Delighted with the win, this is the second time Helen has taken out her category in these awards. In 2012 she also won ‘Best Non-Daily Publication for the design work in the Regional Foodie magazine that she worked on.
“It’s an honour to be recognised as part of these awards and I am grateful for the support that I have received,” said Helen.
“I am fortunate in my role that I get to work on a diverse range of projects which really allows me to do what I love and extend my creative skills.”
The 2017 Queensland Multi Media Awards covered print, television, radio and multi-media and entries were welcome from any media organisation or individual.
The Media Awards were formed as a platform for members of the media and associated businesses to showcase their expertise in their field and demonstrate to their peers and competitors the high standard of their work.
