On the back of what has been a very successful rugby season, Sunshine Coast Grammar Rugby player Louis Werchon has this week been selected to represent the Australian U18’s men’s side to compete at the World Schools 7’s in Pakuranga, New Zealand on the 13-14 December.
Louis is a Year 11 student at Sunshine Coast Grammar School who was part of the premiership winning Sunshine Coast Secondary Schools Rugby Union team and has capped off a fantastic season with selection for the Australian Barbarians Schoolboys (XV) earlier in the year.
His latest selection in the Australian U18’s men’s side will see him head into camp this weekend to prepare before heading off to New Zealand early next week.
