WHERE TO MEET
Prep
Families are invited to gather in the undercroft at the Prep Precinct, where our staff will be ready to welcome you.
Primary
Please head straight to your child’s classroom. Classroom details will be emailed to you by our Enrolments Office in November, prior to the start of the school year.
Secondary
Students will meet in Grammar Hall, where staff will be on hand to guide them through their first day.
WHAT TO DO
On Arrival
Please arrive by 8:00am so your child has time to meet their teacher and/or student buddy before the school day begins. Allow extra time to find parking and walk to your meeting point.
Student Collection
At the end of the day, please make sure your child knows the pick-up arrangements. Parent collections take place at the designated Kiss and Go or Sails areas. Clear directions for these areas will be shared with families at the start of the school year.
Buses
If your child is travelling home by bus, please ensure they are familiar with their afternoon bus arrangements. Information to assist families with bus procedures will also be provided at the start of the school year.
School Bell Times
Start of Day
8:30am (All Year Levels)

WHAT TO BRING
School Bag
Students will need to bring their school bag packed with their stationery pack, school hat, drink bottle and lunch. Parents of Primary students are also encouraged to include an extra 'brain snack' for mid-morning.
Lunch Orders
Lunch can be ordered from the Cafeteria via Flexischools. To register and view a demonstration, please visit www.flexischools.com.au. The Cafeteria is available from the very first day of school.
STUDENT BUDDIES
Grammar has an excellent ‘Buddy Program’ which operates from Years 1 to 12. The program has proven very successful in the ‘settling in’ process for our new students. We provide your email address to the selected Buddy family and ask that they email and introduce themselves.
Please note:
- Your child/ren may not receive contact from their Buddies until January due to their family Christmas holiday plans.
- The Buddy Program does not apply for Prep, as all students in that year level are new students.
